2001- Group of deaf surfers headed by late Mike Deboe made the first

successfull WDSC in Mexico.

2005-at Australia, Phillip Island deaf surfers gathered to surf trials contest in huge perfect 10-12ft surf.

2007-WDSC Japan, bigger event more deaf contestants showed.

the event was a success.

2009-HDSA made a great WDSC event at South Shore, Ohau, Hawaii.
more new countries took part - Uruguay,Switzerland,Britain and even Israel.
